Support Group – Trauma PTSD

This one hour Reiki Session is for anyone with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Chronic / Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). It will include an invocation, guided meditation with opportunity for automatic writing PRN.

Come prepared to Reiki Receive, Reiki Relax, Reiki Rest with note taking items, water, blanket, eye mask, whatever you desire / need / want for your session.
