Amelia and the Magic Cloud – Episode 1: Calling in Good Dreams

✨ Amelia and the Magic Cloud is a guided Reiki-infused meditation series designed to help children feel safe, relaxed, and open to beautiful dreams. Each episode follows Amelia — a brave and kind little girl — as she travels the dreamworld on her magical cloud, accompanied by her two loyal companions: Zoe, a cuddly mini wiener dog, and Cleo, a clever Maine Coon cat.

In Episode 1: Calling in Good Dreams, children are invited to join Amelia as she visits her favorite peaceful place — a sunlit horse farm with wildflowers, dancing trees, and her beloved horse, Amber. Then, with gentle guidance, children are encouraged to imagine and explore their own favorite place, co-creating the dreamscape that brings them comfort, joy, and wonder.

This meditation gently activates the imagination, calms the nervous system, and promotes emotional grounding — making it perfect for bedtime or anytime a child needs comfort.
