Curriculum
Our two-day classes cover both Levels 1 and 2. (Reiki I & II)

Reiki Level 1 gives you an introductory knowledge of Reiki and teaches you to use it for greater inner peace, clarity, and calm. 🙂

The aim of this first day is to open your energy channels, connecting you with Reiki’s Divine Energy and allowing you to practice Reiki on yourself. You may feel tangible energetic effects, such as tingling, coolness, or heat in the hands.

You can experience the benefits of Reiki with confidence, knowing that it is a safe and gentle practice that will never cause harm.

Reiki Level 2 will help you advance your Reiki practice and deepen your connection with the energy. Not only will you learn to share Reiki with others, but you’ll also gain access to three powerful symbols that will enhance your practice.
