I’m Lisa Baker, a Usui Reiki Master and Sound Bath Practitioner. As a former special education teacher turned holistic healing practitioner, I bring a unique blend of compassion, adaptability, and intuitive understanding to my work with Reiki and sound healing. My journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time of profound personal transformation that led me to explore deeper paths of healing and self-discovery.

Motherhood became a powerful catalyst for my spiritual awakening. Struggling with postpartum anxiety and the intense emotions of early parenthood, I discovered Reiki and sound healing as transformative tools for emotional regulation and energy rebalancing. What started as a personal healing journey has blossomed into a passionate mission to support others through Create Grow Flow, my holistic wellness practice.

My background as a special education teacher and spouse of a military veteran has cultivated an extraordinary sensitivity to individual needs. I approach each session with a deep understanding of personal sensitivities, creating safe, adaptive healing experiences tailored to each client’s unique journey.

My healing philosophy centers on intentional energy work. I believe that Reiki and sound healing are powerful modalities for activating transformational shifts, bringing balance to the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. By creating space for consciousness to expand, we open pathways to personal growth and deeper self-connection. By dedicating time for intentional inner work, we can deepen our connection with our higher self and share our light with the world.

I incorporate a holistic approach that may include Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive oracle card readings. Whether through mindful creative activities or targeted energy work, my goal is to help clients find their flow, create meaningful growth, and cultivate balance.
