Ease & Heal is a monthly, one-hour Medical Reiki healing circle for anyone navigating health challenges—diagnosed or not. Guided by Margaret Mary (M²) Loftus, who brings specialized Medical Reiki training and attunements, we’ll calm the nervous system, soften pain/anxiety, and invite the body’s innate healing response.

What we’ll do (60 minutes):

• Invocation & intention (arrive, ground, feel safe)
• Guided meditation to settle your system
• Group Medical Reiki to ease discomfort & support restoration
• Optional automatic writing (≈10 min, PRN) to capture insights

Bring: Notebook + pen, water, blanket/eye mask—whatever helps you Reiki Relax • Reiki Receive • Reiki Rest.

Who it’s for: This Medical Reiki Circle is for anyone “Reiki-ready” seeking gentle support—whether you have a diagnosis, “normal” labs, or mystery symptoms. Caregivers welcome. No belief required.
