The Art of Non-Doing: Reiki for Deep Rest & Stress Relief

The Art of Non-Doing is a weekly, one-hour distance Reiki offering where all are welcome, regardless of prior Reiki experience, to drop-in and receive compassionate, caring attention.

What will happen:
• Opening check-in & intentions (arrive, connect, ground)
• Short guided meditation to ease tension and settle the nervous system
• Distance Reiki sent individually and as a collective, with soft meditation music
• Closing reflections with optional sharing

This is a space to receive—not perform. Come as you are, even if you’re tired, overwhelmed, or unsure. Your presence is enough.

In this circle, you can rest your body, settle your mind, and be gently held by Reiki—without needing to do anything at all.

Duration: 60 minutes
How to prepare: Create a comfortable, quiet space for yourself. Silence notifications, gather pillows or blankets, light a candle, make tea—whatever helps you feel supported and safe.
