Monthly Online Gathering | 1 Hour | With Lara, Reiki Master Practitioner

Caring for others — whether as a professional caregiver or a loved one supporting someone with a chronic illness, cancer, or disability — can be deeply rewarding, yet profoundly draining. This monthly Reiki Support Circle offers a gentle space for renewal, understanding, and shared connection.

Each session includes:

• A brief welcome and introductions
• A guided distance Reiki invocation and mini healing to calm, balance, and replenish your energy
• An open, supportive discussion where you can share, listen, and explore ways to nurture yourself while caring for others
• A closing Reiki share to leave you feeling centered, peaceful, and uplifted
• You don’t have to walk this path alone. Join us to receive the care you so freely give to others.

All caregivers are welcome — no Reiki experience needed.

Held online once a month for 1 hour.
