Community Reiki Healing is a weekly, one-hour distance Reiki circle offered throughout December to help you soften stress, find steadiness, and receive compassionate support during the holiday season.

What we’ll do (60 minutes):
• Opening check-in & intentions (arrive, connect, ground)
• Short guided meditation to ease tension and settle the nervous system
• Distance Reiki sent individually and as a collective, with soft meditation music
• Closing reflections with optional sharing

Who it’s for: Anyone seeking rest, relief, or emotional ease during the holidays. No Reiki experience needed—new and seasoned practitioners welcome.

Practical Notes

Duration: 60 minutes
How to prepare: Create a comfortable, quiet space for yourself. Silence notifications, gather pillows or blankets, light a candle, make tea—whatever helps you feel supported and safe.
