Energetic Cord Cutting is a Reiki-based workshop designed to help you release old energetic ties—relationships, patterns, and emotions that continue to drain or limit your energy. Through guided meditation, visualization, and Reiki, you’ll learn to lovingly dissolve energetic cords and call your power back with compassion and clarity.

What we’ll do (60 minutes):

• Opening grounding + intention setting

• Guided meditation and Reiki cord-cutting process
  
• Reflection + energy restoration practice
  
• Closing integration and protection
  

Who it’s for: Anyone feeling energetically drained, tied to the past, or ready to release connections that no longer align. No prior Reiki experience needed—just openness to healing.
