This monthly workshop is intentionally designed as a first step for those beginning (or restarting) their emotional healing journey — offering a compassionate space to return to again and again as you learn to recognize, understand, and gently release the blocks that may be keeping you from clarity, joy, and forward movement.

Through guided insights and reflective prompts, intuitive healer Rachel Isabela will help you uncover where emotional energy might be lingering in your body, explore the deeper stories behind it, and begin the process of letting it go.
