Join Our Monthly Support Group for Health Care/Medical Reiki
Experience a powerful one-hour Reiki session designed for anyone ready to release physical, emotional, or spiritual blocks. This session supports all types of health concerns, no matter the origin or condition. You’ll be guided through an invocation and a relaxing meditation, with optional automatic writing as needed.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional healing. This group session allows you to connect with others on a similar path to wellness.
What to Bring and How to Prepare
Come prepared to fully relax and receive Reiki energy. You may want to bring a blanket, water, journal, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Take notes during or after the session to reflect on your experience.
