Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Level 1 & 2

Discover the foundations of Reiki in a relaxed, experiential course. In this two-day training, Sarah Spangler guides you through the history of Reiki, placements, ignitions, attunements, and hands-on practice. You’ll learn to connect with Reiki energy, explore both Usui and Holy Fire techniques, and work with sacred symbols to expand your practice.

What we’ll do (2 days, 10–16 hours):

• Deep dive into Reiki’s history and origins
• Placements, ignitions, and attunements
• Guided practice sessions with Reiki energy
• Learn and apply Reiki symbols
• Techniques from both Usui and Holy Fire traditions 

Bring: An open heart, notebook/pen, and water. Sarah also recommends receiving a Reiki session prior to class to help you connect more fully with the energy.

Who it’s for: Anyone ready to begin or deepen their Reiki journey. No prior experience required.

Sarah Spangler is a professional member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). This class meets the ICRT standards for Reiki training.
