Monthly Virtual Support Group for Emotional Release Join our 60-minute virtual general trauma support group to release emotional trauma and reconnect with your inner peace. This session welcomes anyone ready to explore Reiki, no matter the trauma's origin or type. Margaret Mary Loftus from Reiki Central will lead you through a guided invocation and meditation. You’ll also get time for optional automatic writing to deepen your experience. What to Expect During the Session Bring what you need to feel comfortable—blanket, water, eye mask, or anything else that helps you relax. Note-taking materials are helpful, as personal insights often emerge during the session. This group offers a safe, welcoming space where you can relax and connect with your body, mind, and energy. You’ll move through the session at your own pace, with gentle support throughout. You’ll join the group via Zoom and participate from the comfort of your home.
