Discover the foundations of Reiki in a relaxed, experiential course. In this two-day training, Sarah Spangler guides you through the history of Reiki, placements, ignitions, attunements, and hands-on practice. You’ll learn to connect with Reiki energy, explore both Usui and Holy Fire techniques, and work with sacred symbols to expand your practice. What we’ll do (2 days, 10–16 hours): Deep dive into Reiki’s history and origins Placements, ignitions, and attunements Guided practice sessions with Reiki energy Learn and apply Reiki symbols Techniques from both Usui and Holy Fire traditions  Bring: An open heart, notebook/pen, and water.
