Discover the foundations of Reiki in a relaxed, experiential course. In this two-day training, Sarah Spangler guides you through the history of Reiki, placements, ignitions, attunements, and hands-on practice. You’ll learn to connect with Reiki energy, explore both Usui and Holy Fire techniques, and work with sacred symbols to expand your practice. What we’ll do (2 days, 10–16 hours): Deep dive into Reiki’s history and origins Placements, ignitions, and attunements Guided practice sessions with Reiki energy Learn and apply Reiki symbols Techniques from both Usui and Holy Fire traditions  Bring: An open heart, notebook/pen, and water. Sarah also recommends receiving a Reiki session prior to class to help you connect more fully with the energy. Who it’s for: Anyone ready to begin or deepen their Reiki journey. No prior experience required. For those attending Master-level training, a printed manual is available upon request for participants residing in the United States. Master-level participants outside the U.S. will receive a digital manual. All manuals are aligned with ICRT standards and support both in-class learning and continued practice after completion.
