This foundation Reiki I & II courses includes the most recent Reiki upgrades outlines over two days for a max of 12 hours. This is an comprehensive interactive course which includes discussion, lectures, practice, and sharing of experiences. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.
