Come prepared to Reiki Receive, Reiki Relax, and Reiki Release with Margaret Mary Loftus. Each week, Margaret Mary Loftus guides this Reiki session to help your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems release what is not yours, what no longer serves you, what blocks your highest good, and what prevents you from fulfilling your purpose. As you let go of these burdens, your personal healing flows outward, supporting the World Peace Grids and uplifting collective energy. How to prepare for the session: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where no one will interrupt you. Keep note-taking materials nearby to capture any insights afterward. Stay hydrated with water before and after your session. Bring a blanket, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Because this is an evening session, you will naturally ease into deep relaxation. Many participants drift into a restorative sleep as Reiki gently restores mind, body, and spirit. In addition, the session will be recorded and added to the Reiki Meditation Library. Therefore, we respectfully request silence to honor the sacred space.
