Release, reconnect, and reclaim your peace—with Reiki and community.   Untangled & Estranged is a biweekly, one-hour circle for those considering—or already living—a no-contact journey with family. This process can be heartbreaking, filled with grief, and yet profoundly freeing. Together, we’ll hold space for what’s been lost and what’s being reborn. Who it’s for: Anyone navigating (or contemplating) no contact, estrangement, or family disconnection. Come as you are—grief, guilt, relief, and all are welcome.
