Experience a guided meditative journey to support deeper connection with nature. EcoNIDRA is a branch of Yoga Nidra that is inspired by Forest Therapy, weaving deep relaxation with therapeutic nature connection. Feel free to join from a comfortable position, laying down if you prefer, and optionally having an object from nature close by. The second half of the practice will be a "sound bath" of nature sounds, and I'll be silently sending Reiki to each person who joins.

In this one hour Animal Reiki session you will meet two Animal Reiki Masters and you will be guided on a meditation that will help you connect with your animal companion(s), relax together and have Reiki sent to your animal companion. As the busy holiday season comes to a close this will give you the opportunity to slow down in the comfort of your own home while experiencing the relaxing effects of reiki in order to de-stress, restore and renew yourself along with your animal companion. Whether you have a dog or a cat, a horse, bird, or even livestock, connecting with your animal companions/friends can be a beneficial activity that Reiki can help facilitate. Your animal does not need to be present during the event or meditation as Reiki will be sent to them as long as a name and description is provided. There will be the opportunity for a brief check-in to share any experiences before the end of the session.
