I clicked on "View Details", then on "Start chat". I could read an automatic message on the chat which indicated "Hi (name of client), your booking has been received on (date)". Is there another way to contact the client on DRM, other than the chat? Just in case, I wrote another message on the chat to confirm the appointment. Does this mean we should only write to the clients via the chat or DRM platform? Or we can send them emails via our personal mailbox to the email in the client's profile?
