Healing Hearts Reiki Group
Gentle support for those healing from heart surgery. Healing Hearts Reiki Group is a monthly, one-hour circle offering care, comfort, and community for anyone preparing for, or recovering from, open heart surgery. Guided by Reiki Master Georgia Vlahos, who personally understands the challenges of healing after surgery, this group provides a safe space to ease emotions, calm the nervous system, and support the heart’s natural recovery. What we’ll do (60 minutes): Invocation & intention (arrive, ground, feel supported) Guided meditation to settle the mind and body Group Reiki for healing and restoration Optional reflection or journaling to integrate insights Bring: Notebook + pen, water, blanket/eye mask—whatever helps you Reiki Relax • Reiki Receive • Reiki Restore. Who it’s for: This circle is especially for those who have had, or are preparing for, open heart surgery. Loved ones and caregivers are also welcome. No prior Reiki experience required.
