About Margaret Mary Loftus

Margaret Mary (M²) Loftus is a Master Teacher and Practitioner in Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, Animal Reiki, and Medical Reiki, with deep experience in trauma-informed healing. Her own journey through childhood adversity, military life, PTSD, chronic illness, and profound personal transformation led her to holistic wellness practices. During the COVID-19 lockdown, she deepened her commitment to healing, earning multiple certifications and embracing a minimal, nomadic lifestyle dedicated to spiritual growth. A passionate advocate for both people and animals, Margaret Mary supports others in reconnecting with their Authentic Higher Self through energy work, trauma release, and intuitive care.

Each week, Margaret Mary Loftus guides this Reiki session to help your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems release what is not yours, what no longer serves you, what blocks your highest good, and what prevents you from fulfilling your purpose. As you let go of these burdens, your personal healing flows outward, supporting the World Peace Grids and uplifting collective energy. How to prepare for the session: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where no one will interrupt you. Keep note-taking materials nearby to capture any insights afterward. Stay hydrated with water before and after your session. Bring a blanket, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Because this is an evening session, you will naturally ease into deep relaxation. Many participants drift into a restorative sleep as Reiki gently restores mind, body, and spirit.     Become an Animal Reiki Master with the Latest Holy Fire® Reiki Upgrades This Animal Reiki Master course includes the newest World Peace Holy Fire® Reiki enhancements.It follows ICRT guidelines and takes place over two days, totaling 20 hours of training. The course is comprehensive and interactive. It includes lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice.Moreover, it builds upon Reiki I, II, Master, and Animal Reiki I & II knowledge. As a result, you will learn to give in-person and distance Reiki sessions to all animals.Additionally, you will gain the skills to teach Animal Reiki both online and in person. Participants also receive recordings of the online sessions for future review.In addition, you will receive both a printed and digital manual, along with a certificate. Practice occurs during the course. However, you must also continue practicing afterward with familiar animals.This additional practice is important. It helps you gain confidence and real experience with Animal Reiki. You just have to begin.” The Phoenix Circle is a trauma-informed Reiki support group created to help anyone living with the effects of trauma, PTSD, or CPTSD — diagnosed or not. Each month, we gather in a compassionate circle to reconnect with safety, rebuild trust in the body, and release the energetic residue of what’s been carried for too long. Through guided Reiki, grounding, and shared energetic presence, we invite the body and spirit to remember what peace feels like. Reiki meets you where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you join from your bedroom, basement, or another safe space you’ve carved out in your world, you are welcome. You don’t have to turn your camera on, or even speak. Just be here, as you are, and allow the healing energy to flow to you and through you. This isn’t therapy. It’s a sanctuary — a space where you are witnessed, supported, and gently reminded that healing doesn’t require perfection or readiness. It only asks for presence.
