I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher in my 18th year as a practitioner. I was introduced to Reiki as part of a Chakra Balancing session in Sedona, AZ and was so blown away by the experience, I was inspired to pursue training so that I could provide this as a service to hospice patients. I volunteered for hospice for over 17 years and have been honored to provide Reiki to patients and their families. I hosted monthly group Reiki sessions for employees, other volunteers and the community. It was during this time that people began to request private sessions and so my private practice began.

I was working in the corporate world when I started my Reiki training and once I completed 2nd Degree, I learned how to positively influence the environment, especially in regards to communication. While only a few people knew I was using Reiki, many complimented my meeting facilitation and communication skills 😉

Personally, following my enthusiastic draw to learn Reiki has been one of the best things I have ever done. Reiki is part of my daily life from the moment I wake up to the time I go back to bed at night. I always believed in the power of Reiki, but the day I healed myself from the pain of plantar fisciitis was a milestone moment – it is one thing to believe it and quite another to KNOW it works.

I love helping others with everything from the challenges of daily life (adulting) to identifying and addressing underlying emotional issues triggering physical illness. I have healed from ulcerative colitis, ulcer/acid reflux, thyroid and adrenal issues all triggered from stress. I am also a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Life Coach/NLP Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Dream Analyst in addition to being an Intuitive, Empathic, Clairaudient Reiki Master Teacher. I enjoy integrating multiple modalities for your unique situation as needed.

My goal is always to teach you how to help yourself…because YOU are the healer…I am a conduit of this beautiful energy for you to use during your session.
