About Laura Bouziane
Laura Bouziane is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher who helps individuals de-stress, unwind, and relax using a variety of eastern and western style techniques. With over 30 years of personal Reiki and meditation practice she will patiently coach and guide you to explore the inner world using breath-work, Reiki and Tai Chi principles. Laura is an experienced group facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher and energy worker who does volunteer work for several self help organizations.
Laura carefully creates a safe, transformative space for all her sessions, which allows for transformation and transmutation of existing blockages throughout your healing session.
Originally from Southern California, Laura currently resides in the majestic Red Mountains of southern Utah, USA.
