Once upon a time, I was a high-octane career woman, MBA in hand, charging headfirst into the business world. Endless work weeks melted into each other, and my precious family time was dwindling.

Then, life decided to shake things up – my business spiralled, health went haywire, and I was lost in the shuffle. Faced with bewildering symptoms and no answers, I was on the brink of despair. Enter Reiki, like a breath of fresh air.

It all started with a simple treatment from a good friend. The immediate wave of tranquillity and relaxation was unforgettable. And then? My symptoms vanished. As if by magic. For 48 hours. Being a practical sort, I questioned it, but the relief was consistent.

Fast forward to the present, I’m among the few Licensed Reiki Master Teachers (LRMT) with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I’ve had the pleasure of co-authoring the ICRT Animal Reiki manual and the honour of educating folks worldwide about Reiki, Animal Reiki, and Animal Communication.
