In this session I will use Reiki and intuitive healing to help pinpoint exactly what you need at this current time in your healing journey. Journeys are fluid and ever changing and what we need one day to the next will be different. It is a beautiful thing.

We will help you release yourself from blocks, heart walls, false negative beliefs and other things that might be holding you back. We will connect you to your authentic self and clear your energy, so that you can move forward in life with authenticity and more freedom.

I work with all kinds of people on all kinds of issues from religious trauma, to abuse recovery, to weekly tune ups and clearing the chakras. I tailor my sessions to you and your needs.

In this session I will use Reiki and other intuitive modalities to assist you in finding the root wounding created by being in and exiting a high demand religion. I am an ex-Mormon and have gone through this process myself and love to help others find peace, whatever way that will look for them, on the other side of high demand religion.

My goal in working with religious trauma is always to help you find your own empowerment, your own voice, your own gifts, and what you really want from your life with your leadership and values coming from inside of yourself instead of outside yourself from the pulpit.

I also work to heal the traumas themselves so that you can make different choices and move forward in a more empowered way into this new and exciting chapter of your life.
