About the gathering This support circle is a calm and nurturing space for anyone emotionally touched by prematurity. Each gathering unfolds gently and may vary from month to month, but the intention remains the same: to offer stability, a caring presence, and a space to breathe. Here, it is possible to feel many things at once. Joy, worry, exhaustion, hope. All of it belongs. What a typical session includes • Arrival and grounding A gentle arrival into the space through breathing and grounding, with an invitation to settle in. There is no obligation to speak or share. • Guided practice (approximately 20 minutes) The practice is adapted to the rhythm of the group, with no expectation of participation. Depending on the month and the energy of the group, this may be: a Reiki-infused guided meditation a Reiki session Optional, for parents or legal guardians only: If they wish, they may request that Cami include their baby in the Reiki offered during the gathering, or that their intention for their baby be added to her Reiki grid. Intentions are kept on the Reiki grid for a maximum of three days and are then removed. This offering is entirely optional and is shared with care and respect. • Time for sharing or reflection Participants may be invited to share a word or a feeling, or simply remain present in silence. Sharing is always optional. Listening is just as welcome. • Integration and closing A few moments to return to oneself, breathe, and gently exit the circle. There is no pressure to “feel better” or “have insights” — simply space to be exactly as you are. Who this circle is for This circle is open to anyone touched by prematurity, including: Parents Grandparents Family members Friends and loved ones Caregivers and support people No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed.     Soul Check-In is a guided Reiki meditation experience designed to help you pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. This gathering includes three guided meditations, each inviting awareness and insight from a different place of connection. In the first meditation, you’ll check in with your higher self, tuning into your inner wisdom and current emotional landscape. In the second, you’ll connect with your guides, opening to support, clarity, and gentle guidance. In the final meditation, you’ll attune to the universal energy — whether you call it Source, the Universe, or simply energy itself. Between each meditation, there will be time for automatic writing, allowing whatever comes through to be expressed without overthinking or judgment. This practice supports deeper insight and helps anchor the messages you receive. We’ll close the experience with optional group discussion, offering space to reflect, share, and integrate in a supportive and respectful environment. No prior meditation or Reiki experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down and listen.
