Margaret Mary Loftus of Reiki Central will guide the session with intention and compassion. She begins with an invocation and leads you through a calming, meditative Reiki experience. You’ll also have time for optional automatic writing, which can help you process your emotions and gain clarity. What to Expect During the Session Bring anything that helps you feel safe, grounded, and relaxed. Common items include a cozy blanket, a bottle of water, an eye mask, and a journal or notebook for taking notes. You may want to dim your lights or create a calming atmosphere at home.
