Break Free from Mental Overload In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live on autopilot. We juggle work, family, and endless to-do lists. This event offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and restore your energy. It’s perfect for busy professionals, caregivers, parents, and anyone feeling mentally drained. If you’re constantly overwhelmed, this space is for you. What to Expect at the Event We begin with a warm 20-minute welcome and invocation. You’ll get an introduction to our community, our mission, and the purpose of the event. This sets the tone for deep, intentional healing. Next, we move into a calming 50-minute Reiki session. Reiki helps release tension, clear energy blockages, and restore emotional balance. This portion is led by a skilled practitioner. Afterward, we spend 20 minutes journaling and sharing. This helps process your experience and connect with others. We then close the circle with a short reflection. Hosted by Cami Hoang. August 9th from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM EDT via Zoom.  Can’t Join Live? No Problem The event is hosted live but will also be recorded. If you can’t attend in real time, you’ll still receive the full session. Holy Fire® Reiki Master Course (ICRT Certified) This Reiki Master course includes the latest World Peace Holy Fire® Reiki upgrades. It follows ICRT guidelines and runs over two days for a total of 20 hours. This interactive course builds on Reiki I & II (required). Training includes lectures, practice, demonstrations, discussion, and shared experiences. What’s Included with the Reiki Master course Upon completion, you can teach Reiki I, II, and Master levels—online or in person. Participants receive course recordings (for online classes), a printed and digital manual, and a certificate. Prerequisites & Registration You must have completed Reiki I & II and practiced Reiki II for at least six months. You must also draw the three Reiki II symbols from memory.
