This event offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and restore your energy. It’s perfect for busy professionals, caregivers, parents, and anyone feeling mentally drained. If you’re constantly overwhelmed, this space is for you. What to Expect at the Event We begin with a warm 20-minute welcome and invocation. You’ll get an introduction to our community, our mission, and the purpose of the event. This sets the tone for deep, intentional healing. Next, we move into a calming 50-minute Reiki session. Reiki helps release tension, clear energy blockages, and restore emotional balance. This portion is led by a skilled practitioner. Afterward, we spend 20 minutes journaling and sharing. This helps process your experience and connect with others. We then close the circle with a short reflection. Hosted by Cami Hoang. May 9, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EST via Zoom.  Can’t Join Live? No Problem The event is hosted live but will also be recorded. If you can’t attend in real time, you’ll still receive the full session. You can join in from the comfort of your home at a time that works best for you. This event is more than just relaxation.
