You’ll get an introduction to our community, our mission, and the purpose of the event. This sets the tone for deep, intentional healing. Next, we move into a calming 50-minute Reiki session. Reiki helps release tension, clear energy blockages, and restore emotional balance. This portion is led by a skilled practitioner. Afterward, we spend 20 minutes journaling and sharing. This helps process your experience and connect with others. We then close the circle with a short reflection. Hosted by Cami Hoang.
