No prior Reiki experience is required. Reiki energy will be offered to all attendees along with a gentle, guided meditative experience.

Relaxation Time: Each session offers dedicated time for relaxation while receiving Reiki.

Duration: Sessions are held for either 30 minutes or 1 hour, and include the meditative experience.

Connection: There will be a brief opportunity for optional check-in and questions at the end of each session.
