This support group is an opportunity to connect with people who understand the unique demands of caring for others, share experiences in a welcoming and judgment-free environment, and take some much-needed time for yourself. Alongside meaningful connection and mutual support, we'll incorporate Reiki to encourage relaxation, restore balance, and give you a chance to pause and recharge.
