A space where you feel heard, held, and supported, just as you are.

Each gathering begins with an open, compassionate sharing circle where expecting mothers can connect, express their experiences, and find community with others navigating pregnancy. We'll then move into a gentle, Reiki-infused guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your changing body, deepen your bond with your baby in utero, and invite feelings of calm, grounding, and emotional support.

Together, we'll enter a sacred space of Reiki energy, setting the intention for both mama and baby to receive for their highest and greatest good. This is your time to slow down, listen to your body, connect with the little life growing within you, and allow yourself to receive the same love and nurturing you're already giving your baby. Because your baby isn't the only one deserving of love, care, and connection throughout pregnancy. You are, too.
