We wanted to share a few important updates as we move into April, along with what’s coming next for our practitioner community.

The New Site Is Live

After a focused period of work and transition, the new Dragonfly platform is now live.

This marks an important step forward for our entire community, and we’re excited about what this new foundation will support moving forward.

April Practitioner Meetings

We will be resuming our practitioner meetings in April:

• Sunday, April 19th at 7:00 PM EST

• Monday, April 20th at 9:00 AM EST

We hope you’re able to join one of the sessions, check your emails for the links.

Practitioner Profiles – Next Steps

We are now actively working on adding practitioners to the new site.

If you have not yet completed your onboarding steps, or if you’re unsure what to do next, please reach out to Melissa for support.

As part of the new platform:

• Your landing page is now created for you

• This replaces the previous system where practitioners entered their own content

Before your profile can be completed, you will need to review and agree to the Dragonfly Social Contract.

Free Membership Test Group

We will soon be opening a small test group for the new platform.

A limited number of free memberships will be available for practitioners who are willing to explore the site and provide feedback through a short survey. Spots will be limited, and more details will be shared soon.

Spring Celebration – May 2 & 3

Our Spring Celebration is coming up on May 2nd and 3rd.

This event is an opportunity to:

• Share your unique Reiki style

• Introduce your offerings

• Connect with a wider audience

All sessions will be free to attend and may be recorded, used in marketing, and added to our YouTube channel (unless you request otherwise).

You can offer:

• 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions

• Up to 2 sessions per practitioner

Early submissions will allow for more promotion and visibility.

Marketing Is Beginning

With the new site now live, consistent social media marketing is beginning.

This marks the start of a new phase for Dragonfly — one built on stronger structure, clearer systems, and a renewed focus on growth and visibility for our practitioners.

Hosting Events – Now Is the Time

If you feel called to offer:

• Events

• Classes

• Community gatherings

Now is the time to begin (or begin again).

We recognize that past attendance challenges have been frustrating. At the same time, we’ve been building through platform limitations that are no longer in place.

With the new system and consistent marketing now underway, we are in a very different position moving forward.

If you’re open to it, we encourage you to try again.

Consistency Matters

Recurring events are strongly encouraged. Whether weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every other month, consistency helps:

• Build attendance over time

• Increase visibility

• Allow us to better support your growth through marketing

New Podcast Library

We are excited to be building a Podcast Library on the new Dragonfly platform.

If you host a podcast or have been featured on one, you are invited to share your episodes with the community.

If you are already using the new platform, you can add episodes under the blog section. If not, or if you prefer support, Melissa can assist with adding your content.

Including your podcast logo is encouraged, as it helps make your listing more engaging and visually appealing.
