For more than 26 years, Reiki has been a quiet, steady part of my life. I offer traditional Usui distance Reiki sessions designed to help you relax, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. My intention is to create a peaceful space where you can simply receive, allowing your body and mind the opportunity to rest, reset, and renew.

My journey with Reiki began with a single session at Burke Williams Spa. When the session ended, I sat up, looked at my practitioner, Arthur Speck, and said, "I need to know how to do that. Can you teach me?" Not long afterward, I began studying Reiki under his guidance. What started with one treatment became a lifelong practice that has now been part of my life for more than 26 years.
Arthur taught me to honor the simplicity and traditions of Usui Reiki, a philosophy that continues to guide my practice today. In 2009, I completed my Usui Reiki Master Teacher training through the Yogananda Institute under Dharmadevi Romano, continuing a lineage that traces back to Mikao Usui. Over the years, I have also had the privilege of attuning Reiki students of my own.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of providing Reiki for people from many walks of life, including retreat participants, animals, and private clients. While every session is unique, people often tell me they leave feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and restored. Some are surprised by how quickly they let go of stress, and many have even fallen asleep during their sessions.
Today, I practice exclusively through distance Reiki. I believe healing is not limited by physical location, and I appreciate the opportunity to help people receive Reiki from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Every session is offered with compassion, presence, and deep respect for each person's unique experience.
One of the reasons I've continued practicing Reiki for more than 26 years is that every session reminds me of the quiet peace this practice brings. While my intention is always to support the person receiving Reiki, I also leave each session feeling grateful for the opportunity to be part of their healing journey. It is a privilege I never take for granted.
