EcoNIDRA is a branch of Yoga Nidra that is inspired by Forest Therapy, weaving deep relaxation with therapeutic nature connection. Feel free to join from a comfortable position, laying down if you prefer, and optionally having an object from nature close by. The second half of the practice will be a ""sound bath"" of nature sounds, and I'll be silently sending Reiki to each person who joins.
