How to Host an Event

(Simple, Supported, Stress-Free)

All event submissions are completed through our online form.

Once your submission is received, our team will review it and take care of the setup process, including publishing and promotion across Dragonfly platforms.

You bring your soul-aligned offering —

This information will help us create the listing for you

Please submit your event 2-3 weeks before the first session date to allow time to create the listing and share on our social media platforms.

Important Note: Events are set up using Class Booking calendars, which allow multiple people to book the same time slot.

If your connected external calendar contains blocked times, those event dates will not appear on the Class Booking calendar.

If you’re unable to remove these blocks for any reason, we can instead link the event to a Dragonfly calendar (an internal admin calendar that is not synced to any external calendar). Please note that if a Dragonfly calendar is used, you will not have access to the attendee list. You will still receive an email for each ticket sale, but you will be responsible for manually tracking your attendees.
